Source code review reveals a minimal extension (no declared permissions) that opens a local HTML page with a text-editor and a user-triggered form that POSTs explicitly-selected files to [domain withheld] — a core feature of a document-conversion tool. The ML score of 0.39 was driven by completely benign patterns: innerHTML is used only for AdSense slot templating within the extension's own popup (), createElement('script') loads [domain withheld] (standard Google Ads SDK), and the single POST request is the user-initiated file upload form (:10).
