Analyst notes
This is ZoomInfo's legitimate 'ReachOut' recruiter extension (Angular + jQuery bundle, webpack-minified). Cookie access is limited to reading and clearing ZoomInfo's own `ziaccesstoken` auth cookie (background.:8406–8451, 8777–8791) — no third-party credential harvesting. All analytics traffic routes through `[domain withheld]` (line 8368), a ZoomInfo-owned Amplitude proxy, qualifying as first-party. The ML features that drove the score (js_appendchild:98, js_innerHTML:30, js_fromcharcode:20, js_hex_obfuscation:506, total_js_size_bytes:2.6 MB) are attributable to Angular's + jQuery 3.7.1 in a webpack production build, not intentional obfuscation. The `externally_connectable` field restricts message passing to `*.[domain withheld]` and `*.[domain withheld]` (a ZoomInfo subsidiary), and the CSP (`script-src 'self'`) blocks any remote code loading. The permhash cluster of 25 versions has 0 malware hits, and third-party chrome-stats flags are generic permission-based risks, not behavioural findings.
