What our analysis found
YouTube NonStop, used by 700,000 people, showed no malicious code in Extension Auditor's review. It comes from a trusted publisher and was last updated in October 2023.
Analyst notes
The extension's only function is to auto-click YouTube's 'Continue watching?' confirmation dialog. It uses minimal permissions (declarativeContent), injects a content script on YouTube domains, and performs no network requests, data collection, or remote code execution. The manifest version mismatch (bundled v2 vs. published v3) appears to be a listing artifact and does not indicate malicious intent.

About this extension
Kiss the annoying "Video paused. Continue watching?" confirmation goodbye!
Read the publisher’s full description
***Important: This extension doesn't keep the confirmation box from popping up. It only counters it. It auto-clicks the confirmation box and the video won't get paused.*** Working on YouTube and YouTube Music! Media Keys supported! Untested (but should work) when: Video is in fullscreen, Video is in miniplayer. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to drop me an email. :)
