Source code review shows the extension does exactly what it claims: when the popup opens, it extracts the current tab URL, fetches a session token from [domain withheld] (the extension's own backend) by scraping a `data-token` attribute from an HTML page, then calls [domain withheld] REST endpoints (` `, ` `, ` `) passing only the tab URL — which is disclosed as 'Website content' collection. No user credentials, browsing history, or sensitive personal data are transmitted. The high ML score (0.73) is driven entirely by minified bundle artifacts: 9,643 `js_exclamation` hits from Terser-minified + Element UI + core-js 3.19.3 polyfills; `js_eval_function` hits from core-js's `Function("return this")()` global-object shim; and 2MB total size from the bundled frameworks. Publisher signals (50% malicious rate on other extensions, personal Gmail, Google's own policy page as privacy policy) are concerns at the publisher level but the code in this version is clean. The permhash cluster's 40% malware rate is consistent with this common permission set being shared by both legitimate SEO tools and copycats.
