Really like this tool! It has helped to speed up our ordering process. It was taking us so long to manually copy and paste the buyers information and this helped to speed that up. Also, we are always looking for new suppliers to help increase our profits so its nice to have a tool that we can program to use with the new ones that we find.

This extension has to work for now, as I have not found another that can do what I need. First, the support is non-existent. I've reached out multiple times. I'm paying for features I cannot use (the forwarding of tracking) because the autogenerated forwarding email is my email plus the @.com they attach. So, it has two @ symbols which makes it an unusable forwarding email. Additionally, this app bogs down my system. I've even purchased a new MacBook Pro with an insane amount of ram, and I still have a slow time loading data where this app is working. I'm hoping to find a replacement product (hopefully someone writes a review with a recommendation of a similar app set up without all the cons). But, for now, the copy and paste feature ultimately speeds up the manual process, but by a narrow margin.
