The extension is a new tab page with bookmarks and PDF conversion. The background script fetches website preview images from [domain withheld] for a hardcoded set of default bookmarks, transmitting only hostnames. No sensitive data is leaked, no permissions abuse, and no malicious code patterns. The ML model likely flagged the external fetch and minified JS, but these are benign in this context.
