On every install, 37% of users are silently redirected to [domain withheld] — a domain unrelated to the extension's stated PDF-summarization purpose and unconnected to the publisher's privacy policy domain ([domain withheld]). This randomised split is a textbook affiliate traffic-manipulation pattern: the extension monetises installs by routing a portion of new users to a third-party site without disclosure.
