There is zero network activity — no fetch, XMLHttpRequest, sendMessage to background, or any external communication of any kind. The only permission used is `storage` (chrome.storage.local) to persist user preferences like speed, hotkeys, and toggle states. The ML model likely flagged it due to the 21 `appendChild` calls (all DOM manipulation for building the speed widget UI) and 75 exclamation marks (standard JS negation operators). Third-party risk score flags are entirely based on low user count and recent creation — not behavior. The permhash cluster (storage-only) is huge and its 10% malware rate is irrelevant since the code shows no malicious patterns.
