Easily open links in new tabs by double clicking rather than right clicking on the link and then clicking "Open link in new tab". Very handy tool for googling and general searching. Doesn't currently work on MacOS! Sorry Apple lovers! Any feedback or advice is very much appreciated, thanks in advance! Niall

Five stars because it's a great replacement after Long Press New Tab was removed (from Chrome) but the double click has to be SO fast that sometimes it 'fails' and opens the link in the same tab which can be a problem if the previous pages details change when going back to it.

I need the link to open with a double click instead of a single click. Unfortunately, this extension doesn't do this at all, in all three modes available in the settings. Version 2 Updated July 29, 2025. Chrome Version 143.0.7499.192 (Official Build) (64-bit)
