All JavaScript code exclusively to chrome.storage.local and uses APIs for the declared bookmark organization purpose. No outbound network requests to external servers were found — data stays local. The only external URL contact is loading a thank-you page on [domain withheld] on first install (:139) and loading Google Icons CDN assets in the HTML, both consistent with the extension's stated purpose. The permhash cluster flagging (50% malicious peers) is concerning but not reflected in the actual code. The ML score of 0.20 is likely driven by broad-but-legitimate permissions and moderate JS file size rather than any malicious behavior pattern.
