The extension does exactly what it advertises: clicking the popup button opens [domain withheld]. The only other behaviors are (1) opening a welcome page on first install and setting an uninstall URL — both pointing to [domain withheld], a subdomain consistent with the publisher's known domain pattern — and (2) setting the 'rate us' link to the extension's own CWS review page. No permissions are declared, no user data is collected, no external network requests are made beyond the two lifecycle URLs. The ML score of 0.28 is driven entirely by file-count metrics (62 total files, mostly icons and locale JSONs) and the MV2 manifest flag, neither of which indicates malice. The third-party score (impact) and our own risk engine (0.00) both corroborate the benign verdict.
