What our analysis found

SellerAmp SAS - Amazon FBA Analysis Tool, used by 100,000 people, showed no malicious code in Extension Auditor's review. Its permissions mean it can read and change data on all websites, can inject scripts into pages and can observe network requests. It comes from a trusted publisher and was last updated in July 2026.

The extension's permissions and code are fully aligned with its stated purpose as an Amazon FBA sourcing analysis tool. It uses to manage Amazon session cookies for proxy functionality, injects content scripts on all URLs to allow analysis from any website, and communicates with its own servers ( domains) to fetch analysis data. Error tracking via Sentry is standard. No evidence of data exfiltration to unauthorized third parties, obfuscation, or malicious code was found. The ML model likely flagged it due to broad permissions and network modification, but these are necessary for its legitimate functionality.

Title: Extremely Frustrating Experience I am incredibly frustrated with the recent limitations on how many Chrome browsers I can install. Despite having the same browser across my devices, I am now unable to perform searches because I've exceeded the device limit for Chrome extensions. This is a terrible idea and has significantly disrupted my workflow. I reached out to support for assistance, but they were unable to resolve the issue, the only option they provided was to uninstall it from all browsers, which is absurd since it's the same browser across my devices. This is the stupidest idea ever and has significantly disrupted my workflow.. This experience has been disappointing and has made using Chrome a nightmare.
