All source code implements exactly what the listing advertises: a password-protected domain whitelist that blocks navigation to non-whitelisted sites. The service worker intercepts navigation events via webNavigation and tabs (both declared permissions), redirects blocked URLs to a local page, and stores the whitelist and a SHA-256 password hash exclusively in chrome.storage.local — no network requests, no remote endpoints, no data exfiltration, no obfuscation. The ML score of 0.14 is low-medium and is fully explained by benign patterns: innerHTML usage is limited to clearing the domain list UI element (:156), appendChild builds list items from stored hostnames, and the structure is standard unminified hand-written code. The bundled manifest exactly matches the published CWS manifest with no permission discrepancies.
