Hygiene concerns that are not code findings: the privacy policy is a [domain withheld] paste with 'none declared' data collection while all browsing is routed through the operator, the description brands it 'Happ VPN' while the name and domain are unrelated, 193 reviews against 247 users at 5.0 looks inflated, and the randomized BEM theme class names plus the dead getElementById("flag-us") fallback at:170 indicate template-generator output, which plausibly explains why the publisher's siblings were bulk-flagged; what the server at [domain withheld] actually does cannot be reviewed from the client code, which is why this is likely_benign rather than false_positive.
