Contradicting signals: the bundled manifest matches the published manifest exactly (proxy, storage, MV3 — no mismatch finding), and the chrome-stats "permission-clipboard" impact reason is simply wrong because no clipboard permission exists; the publisher-reputation and permhash-cluster figures are inputs the ML model already consumes and the publisher label plausibly derives from the same malext feed that labelled this row, so I give them no evidentiary weight.
