Analyst notes
The content script () performs exactly what the extension description promises: DOM scraping of tweet elements on [domain withheld] and saving the result as a local JSON download via a Blob URL — no network exfiltration whatsoever. The is dead code from a structurally different extension (a keyword-group manager with Spanish UI strings) that fails immediately at runtime because the DOM elements it references (listaGrupos, btnCrearGrupo) don't exist in; this is a code quality problem, not malice. No fetch, XMLHttpRequest, WebSocket, or eval calls are present in any file. The ML model's high score (0.74) is explained entirely by the 25 appendChild and 3 innerHTML hits in, all of which are routine SVG-icon and list-item construction; the third-party risk score (Impact, Likelihood) corroborates benignity. Publisher reputation ( other extensions malicious) is the only meaningful red flag, but is insufficient on its own when the source code contains no malicious pattern.
