Great customer support. And fantastic extension. I would highly recommend this to anyone who frequently opens tabs that they will later on have to re-open. It allows you to label saved sessions as well. I would definitely recommend making a backup quite frequently though as I have personally experienced on a few occasions now, the occurrence of the extension's data being cleared thus causing my entire collections list to be wiped completely. The customer support is amazing though. The issues I have encountered over the years the few times I have had any, the support member helped me via Email very quickly. They made sure to go through my issue thoroughly and guided me through the steps to fix the issue(s) the extension was experiencing. I use the extension using Microsoft Edge. However, I really do wish it was possible to enable the ability for the extension to automatically save current sessions. It can be quite tedious to have to manually run the backup function. Also, if you use the "Restore" function, to import a previous backup file, it can often times say that it has restored collections that it doesn't actually seem to restore for some reason. I assume this will be fixed at some point though.
