However, two signals push this to suspicious: (1) the install-time and uninstall redirect both land on `[domain withheld]`, a domain unrelated to the publisher's stated website `[domain withheld]`, with UTM tracking parameters, consistent with the Unit42 2025-08-19 IOC list that categorises this extension as part of a 'Chrome extensions leading to adware or PUP' campaign; (2) the publisher has (16%) malicious extensions across their portfolio. The ML score was likely inflated by the 66+ `html_img_tags` (cursor files in popup) and `document_start` content script, both false-positive-prone features for cursor extensions.
