Analyst notes
The extension is a new tab dashboard with weather, music, bookmarks, and optional cloud sync. All permissions are either required for core functions or user-requested optional grants, with in-app controls to No unauthorized network calls were found in the provided service worker and popup scripts. The absence of the main prevents a complete review, but from manifest, description, and tests, all external integrations (Open-Meteo for weather, for music, [domain withheld] for cloud sync) are explicitly declared and consistent with the stated purpose. The ML score (0.00) and permhash cluster (clean) contradict the third-party risk assessment, which overstates the risk of optional host permissions that are common in such dashboards.
