The extension does exactly what it advertises: it injects a print button into [domain withheld] and, on user click, renders the chat content inside an iframe hosted at [domain withheld] (the publisher's own domain, consistent with the [domain withheld] brand in the privacy policy URL). Sending #root innerHTML to that iframe via postMessage is the core rendering mechanism, not exfiltration — the destination is the publisher's first-party print service. All ML pattern hits (js_innerhtml, js_appendchild, js_exclamation) are explained by legitimate UI construction code. The third-party chrome-stats score (impact, likelihood) corroborates benignity; the 17% publisher malicious rate is a yellow flag but insufficient to override clean, readable, purpose-consistent code.
