It fetches a shop list from its own server (cashbackninja.su), sets declarativeNetRequest rules to redirect users to affiliate URLs, tracks activations via, and shows notifications. All permissions (webRequest, declarativeNetRequest, cookies, tabs, host_permissions) are necessary for this functionality. No user data is sent to third parties; the only outbound request is to the publisher's own domain for configuration. The code is readable with no obfuscation or suspicious data exfiltration. Positive user reviews and a clean publisher reputation further corroborate the benign nature.
