Set default country code in zendesk.

Hey guys, i noticed in the zendesk tickets, that there were many requests for a default area code other than the USA, zendesk have had no plans to do this minor change for 5 years, so i decided to make a small plugin to do it. simply left click on the icon, click set, and your good to go :) please report any bugs to [email protected]
