Google Meet extension to prevent users from joining a Meet first.

This extensions was made for schools to force install on student Chrome OS devices. It prevents users from being the first participant in a Google Meet. This method prevents students from becoming the host and also prevents students from joining an orphaned meeting. This extension does not prevent users from creating a new Meet. For the best experience, schools should disable student's ability to create a Meet in the Google Workspace Admin Console. This extension only modifies content on meet.google.com and the publisher does not store any personal user data. *If you install this extension on all of your devices, no one in your organization will be able to join a Meet unless it is started by an external user.* This extension was intended to be installed on student devices only.
