WhaleSong records and transcribes your online meetings, as well as your phone calls made via VoIP. The WhaleSong chrome extension provides you with the ability to interact with the recording in real-time via the following methods: - Creating notes that are timestamped to the correct point in the meeting - Tagging other members of your team in a note to notify them of a key event - Logging the meeting or call directly to your CRM or ATS from the extension - Populating interview templates created in your CRM, or directly in the WhaleSong web app, as you ask the questions. Allowing all of your interviews and meetings to follow consistent best practices After the meeting is over the WhaleSong web app provides you with a personal dashboard where you can access: - All of the recorded meetings from members of your team - The notes and comments left during that meeting, as well as being able to submit new notes from the web app - The complete transcript of the meeting, separating out who is talking at each point in time
