The extension works as an add-on for Google Chrome Developer Tools. To open Developer Tools: Options -> Tools -> Developer Tools or press Ctrl + Shift + I In Developer tools you will find a "WSP Transaction Recorder" panel. Its interface allows you to record, edit and upload transactions. It also provides you with a number of options to define the request types which you want to record. There you can also enter your username and API key, which are required for uploading trasactions into your WebSitePulse account.
