Adds trading volumes and volume filter to the watchlist page

EN This extension adds to the page https://o.watchlist.top/ (old version site) elements and properties for coins traded in pairs to USDT on the Binance SPOT market: 1. Percentage change in trading volume in USDT of the last hour to the previous hour; 2. The color of the percentages changes depending on the rise or fall of the last hour trades to the previous hour; 3. When you hover over the percentages, a hint pops up with the trading volume for each of the last 3 hours, as well as with the trading volume for 24 hours; 4. The volume filter field, which indicates the minimum trading size of the coin for the last hour. Coins with a smaller volume will be automatically hidden, and otherwise displayed; 5. A button appears next to each coin, clicking on which opens a new tab with charts of this pair on futures; 6. The color of the USDT text changes from light green to bright green depending on the trading volume on the coin over the past hour ($ >= 500000, $ >= 1000000, $ >= 1500000). Процент изменения объема торгов в USDT последнего часа к предыдущему часу; 2. Цвет процентов меняется в зависимости от роста или падения торгов последнего часа к предыдущему часу; 3. При наведении на проценты, всплывает подсказка с объемом торгов за каждый из последних 3-х часов, а также с объемом торгов за 24 часа; 4. Поле фильтра объема, в котором указывается минимальный размер торгов монеты за последний час. Монеты с меньшим объемом будут автоматически скрываться, а в обратном случае отображаться; 5. Рядом с каждой монетой появляется кнопка, по нажатию на которую открывается новая вкладка с графиками этой пары на фьючерсах; 6. Цвет текста USDT меняется от светло-зеленого до ярко-зеленого в зависимости от объема торгов на монете за последний час ($ >= 500000, $ >= 1000000, $ >= 1500000).
