Provides download links for Visual Studio Code extensions that you're browsing on Visual Studio marketplace.

This is a simple extension which adds a direct download link to the package files on Visual Studio Marketplace( https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/ ) , allowing you to download package files directly. This is useful if 1) You want to keep package files, just in case. 2) You're planning to use VSCode on a computer with restricted/isolated network. 3) Your (or your team's) development environment has to be strictly controlled.
