Show WebRTC PeerConnection Events and Audio Levels for debugging

Prototype of an app that monitor's WebRTC getUserMedia and RTCPeerConnection API's locally for debugging. Works with web-based video calling services like Jitsi Meet, Google Meet, etc. Clicking on the extension "V" icon will open a dropdown. The left of the dropdown is a scrollable element that displays event info. The right side shows local and remote audio levels. This will eventually be a graphical display.
