Participants invited to UserTesting studies that require the UserTesting Browser Recorder Extension will be asked to install it. The extension is only for studies that require it and will be automatically disabled once the participant is done with the study. Once finished, the participant can remove the extension by uninstalling it from their device. WHO USES THE COLLECTED INFO? The companies/organizations that created the studies are solely responsible for the data collected and how it's managed. The purpose of these studies is to help improve the products and services of the companies/organizations that created them. UserTesting Browser Recorder Extension Beta collects and stores your responses when you participate in a study. This may include screenshots of the web pages you view and audio and/or video recordings made using your camera and/or microphone during the study. If the study requires to record your audio and/or video it will always ask for your explicit consent first and will never record anything without it. A study may ask you to provide personal information.
