Unscroll for Instagram is a lightweight Chrome extension designed to reduce distractions on Instagram Web by removing the “entry points” that most often trigger endless scrolling—while still letting you use Instagram for what you actually intended. Instead of forcing you to quit Instagram entirely, Unscroll helps you reshape the interface so it supports healthier, more intentional browsing. You can also choose, one by one, exactly which sidebar shortcuts to hide (for example: Reels, Explore, Search, Messages, Notifications, Create, Profile, and more), so you keep only the features you need and remove the ones that pull you into endless scrolling.
