It works! The numbers (of likes, retweets, etc) are hidden just as in the screenshots. A much cleaner and less corrosive/bandwagon-y Twitter experience. (Next step might be to remove all notifications for likes, retweets, likes of retweets, retweets of retweets (seriously, Twitter), etc. (My attempts at doing that here: https://webapps.stackexchange.com/a/117091/669.))
