All source code aligns precisely with the stated purpose: intercepting Twitch HLS `.ts` segments (:6 filters on `s.url.includes('.ts') & s.initiator.includes('[domain withheld]')`) only for tabs the user explicitly started recording, assembling blobs locally, and triggering a `chrome.downloads.download` via a hidden iframe workaround (:67-74). No data is transmitted to any external endpoint; every `fetch()` call is to retrieve the Twitch segment URL the browser already navigated to. The ML score (0.35 medium) is driven by bundled jQuery and dead files in ` /` that are not referenced in the manifest and never loaded by the extension. The publisher malicious reputation is a weak signal on a sample of one and is not corroborated by anything in this extension's code.
