TURNOFF will make you soft Chrome extension security report

Turnoff helps you break automatic browsing habits. When you open a site on your block list, Turnoff steps in with a short, calm pause — a few breaths and a moment to notice what you actually want — then hands you a clear choice: step away, or continue. • In the moment, not after — the pause happens exactly when the urge peaks. • A calm pause, not a wall — friction you can use, not just a block to climb. • Your list, your control — start from a curated default list and add any site you want. Pause, bypass, or turn it off whenever you like. • Private by design — the block list is matched locally in your browser. We don't log the sites you visit. • Progress you can see — an optional dashboard counts the moments you stepped away. Turnoff is a self-help focus tool, not a medical or blocking-lock product.
