TrollBlocker

This extension lets you block user comments on the sports pages of the Lancashire Telegraph.

*** Now updated to support Chrome Manifest V3 *** You are reading an article about your local football team and you scroll to the bottom of the article to read the comments from fans only to find that half the comments are meaningless drivel from the trolls and idiots who support one of your rivals (banter is good but most of these guys are incapable of an intelligent discussion). Troll Blocker is the solution! This Google Chrome (TM) Extension allows you to block comments from users on the pages of the Lancashire Telegraph. Blocked users are remembered between sessions and can be blocked or unblocked simply by clicking the block or unblock hyperlink after their user name. Hopefully Troll Blocker will make reading about your favourite team a more enjoyable experience. I originally developed the extension for my own use but decided to share it. It is is my first foray into Javascript so it might not be quite as efficient as it could be. The original code was heavily based on HNBlocker by Finbarr Taylor (also available on Chrome Web Store) but has been heavily modified since. You are free to borrow the source code for your own project but please provide credit if you do so.
