TraceLogOpener Edge extension security report

TraceLogOpener is a lightweight productivity tool for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) developers and administrators. While you are on any Dynamics 365 page — a record, a view, or a dashboard — click the toolbar icon and the extension instantly opens the Plug-in Trace Log list view of that same environment in a new browser tab, in the same window. No more digging through Advanced Settings to reach your traces. How it works - Detects your current Dynamics 365 environment from the active tab. - Opens the Plug-in Trace Log grid for that environment in a new tab. - Works from both record pages and list views. Privacy and permissions - Uses a single permission, activeTab, and only when you click the icon. - Reads only the active tab's URL to detect the environment — never the page content. - Collects no data, stores nothing, and sends nothing to any server. - Does nothing on non–Dynamics 365 sites. Requirements - A Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / Dataverse) environment. - Permission to read Plug-in Trace Log records (typically the System Administrator or System Customizer role).
