Here's the idea in practice: you have 47 tabs open across 6 different projects. Instead of keeping them all loaded (slowing down Chrome), you hibernate the ones you don't need today. They close instantly — RAM freed. But they're scheduled to automatically resurrect on Monday at 9 AM, or Wednesday afternoon, or two weeks from now. When they come back, you get a notification and the tab opens exactly where you left off.
