The SWAPI Chrome extension is a one-click call enabler for Chrome browsers. This extension is designed and developed to be used with cloud telephony services from MoiTele.com, Shrivoice, Swapicom & Automatecalls. Swapi softphone could be set up fast. This extension is a perfect fit for call center agents, customer service agents or sales team whose role involves phone conversations as part of their job. This chrome extension beautifully works in conjunction with the Web softphone or desktop softphones from MoiTele.com, Shrivoice, Swapicom & Automatecalls that offer real-time communication services. Swapi chrome extension identifies any phone number that has minimum 7 digits and unto 16 digits in common phone number formats. The identified phone numbers become clickable ie., a telephone call could be initiated over a softphone with a simple click (no copy/paste of phone numbers). Swapi extension could also be used to call phone numbers from any CRM that could be opened in a chrome browser. Thus we enable telephony for every CRM out of the box. Further, the conversations from the softphone are enhanced with various call handling features such as - 1. Call transfer (Attended or Unattended) 2. Busy Lamp Field (BLF) for extensions (indicates which extension is busy in a call or available) 3. Presence (online or offline) 4. Swap between two active calls 5.
