This extension allows quick navigation to specific subreddits.

Subredditor allows quick navigation to specific subreddits. Simply type 'r' into Chrome's omnibox, press 'tab', type in the subreddit name (that's anything after reddit.com/r/) and hit enter! If you type 'r' and Chrome autocompletes "reddit.com", you will need to press backspace once before pressing tab. Due to limitations in the Chrome API, there does not seem to be a way around this.
