stllr Chrome extension security report

Stllr is a social layer on top of the internet — the universal forum — hosting one shared space for every page across the WWW that meets our content and security criteria. The stllr extension weaves this layer into your browser's side panel, so the conversation stays open right beside the page as you browse, connecting you with fellow travelers browsing right beside you. Click the stllr icon in any tab and the side panel opens with two views of the page you're on: FORUM — A threaded discussion attached to the page itself. Quality posts brighten and rise over time, so every wall of the internet accumulates user-vetted context to help you navigate the mysteries of the online world. ROOM — A live chat room shared with everyone on the same page at the same moment. See who's present, say hello, make contacts. And from the panel's header, act on the page itself: STAR — Each star lifts a page higher in our firmament feed of what's shining on the web right now. Stars fade with time, so the firmament always reflects the present sky. PIN — Keep a personal constellation of pages you want to return to. BEACON & SHARE — Light a beacon to send a page to your crews, or share it directly with your contacts. On stllr.io, explore the firmament feed, join or found crews around shared orbits, build your contacts, and see it all governed by transparent, public policies — content decisions in our forums are open to scrutiny, so the rules of the social layer are shaped in the open. To get started, install the stllr extension and create an account on stllr.io. Then get out there and explore the new social spheres of our online universe. See you out there!
