sprk Canvas Sync keeps your Canvas coursework in lockstep with sprk so you never miss a deadline. • Harvest Canvas assignments automatically: the content script runs whenever you visit *.instructure.com, captures your in-term courses, and stores upcoming assignments (with due dates) in Chrome storage. • See status at a glance: the toolbar popup shows total courses, assignment counts, last sync time, and any Canvas warnings—with one-click refresh. • Import directly into sprk: the sprk syllabus workflow reads the stored snapshot, lets you pick courses, and queues tasks and calendar items in a couple of clicks. • Secure by design: the extension piggybacks on your Canvas session (no extra credentials) and only talks to sprk’s production API over HTTPS. • Built for busy students: keep a Canvas tab open, toggle to sprk, and assignments are ready to schedule without page reloads. Getting started Install sprk Canvas Sync and pin it in Chrome’s toolbar. Log into your school’s Canvas site and open a course dashboard; the extension syncs in the background. Head to sprk → Add Course → Canvas (Extension) to review captured courses, verify assignment counts, and import. Click the toolbar icon anytime to refresh from Canvas or jump straight to sprk.
