Maybe it's a highly dense technical explanation, and you want to quickly plot some notes to refer back to. Or perhaps you're a blogger, or an editorialist, and you want to annotate a piece that you are reading in preparation for your response. Have a soliloquy - a simple text area that appears on the side of your browser tab so that you never have to leave the page or pause the video in order to capture your thoughts.
