This auto refresh extension DOES NOT want your data. I was cleaning up my chrome extensions and getting rid of those "Read and change all your data on the websites you visit" due to the recent data harvesting scandal around the Chrome Extension Stylish. That was when I realized that every single auto refresh app currently in Chrome Extension Store wants the power of "Read and change all your data on the websites you visit." Why? I wondered. Is Chrome Extension APIs so poorly designed that such a simple task really requires so extensive permission to accomplish? And the answer is apparently no. Hence the app here. I do not really know JS or web development. But the task is so simple that it took me a couple of hours to finish this. It is ugly, it does not do any fancy stuff, it does not even have an icon of its own. BUT IT DOES NOT WANT YOUR DATA.
