Sightful: Mindful Blinking for Digital Wellness In the silence between blinks, we restore. Sightful is a privacy-first browser extension that helps you maintain healthy blinking habits while using screens, reducing digital eye strain and promoting long-term eye health. Research shows that people blink 50% less frequently when using screens, leading to dry eyes, discomfort, and digital eye strain. Sightful gently reminds you to blink through subtle visual cues that disappear the moment you blink—creating a mindful ritual that protects your eyes without disrupting your workflow. How It Works Sightful uses non-intrusive visual cues that appear at customizable intervals (every 15-30 seconds). When you blink, the cue disappears instantly, creating a natural feedback loop that encourages healthy blinking patterns. The extension operates entirely locally on your device—no data collection, no tracking, no network requests.
