Creating and submitting Proxy Templates to the Scooch Server

This utility is designed to work specifically in conjunction with a web proxy (Scooch). The app checks for authentication to that proxy before functioning at all, though it does require a wide array of permissions. Specifically, this app needs access to all HTTP/HTTPS urls because it is used to capture a form layout for auto submit purposes against the aforementioned proxy. It also needs to be able to listen for <all_urls> in a POST to finalize that template. This is necessary by design. The intended purpose of this app is to generate forms-based templates for authentication against the Scooch proxy. This app streamlines the creation to prevent the need for admins to manually create each integration template.
