By using the Salesforce Quick Finder you can get your code few clicks shorter. Also, you can search any string your code We are now on Lightning as well as Classic. The Salesforce Quick Finder lets you quickly navigate to different metadata right from your main screen instead of going to setup and following multiple steps. Currently it supports 1) Apex Classes 2) Apex Triggers 3) Visualforce Pages 4) Lightning Components 5) Custom Object 6) Workflow Rule 7) Email Templates 8) Static Resource 9)Custom Labels In addition to the above you can use this extension to jump to classes / pages / triggers from the Salesforce Quick Finder section on the Right hand side. How to make it work 1.) In the middle of right hand side of screen there is a Search slider Button which can interact the user to the front-end part of Salesforce Quick Finder. 2.)When we clicks on slider button we get a Authorize button which redirects the user to the Option Page which is authentication page ,In this page we perform our Authentication process. 3.)Once you have successfully completed the authorization, you will be redirected back to the home page. 4) Once this is done, all the functionalities will be enabled. Developer Utilities: In this extension we just simply make the connection the user's org By using Oauth2.0 . For accessing the User's data like classes,batches,Triggers by using api calls.
