I am a cybersecurity engineer in Japan. I found this extension and did some research on how effective it is, especially with phishing targeting banks in Japan. We use Microsoft E5 and Google Suite, but this extension does detect phishing not flagged by other products. Doing more online research about them, I found this article https://computerfraudsecurity.com/index.php/journal/article/view/374 done by other researchers. I only assume they have changed the name from SafeToOpen Online Security to SafeToOpen Browser Security and Privacy, and also they have changed their logo.

A nice extension to protect everyone in the family. It does a great job in detecting malicious sites and providing detailed information which helps you understand the threat. Highly recommended.
