Resettle Chrome extension security report

Resettle is a calm, adaptive microbreak extension that helps you restore focus and reduce strain without interrupting your flow. Extended computer work creates a compounding physical and cognitive cost that most people don't notice until it's too late. Sustained screen time strains eye muscles, locks the neck and shoulders into static positions, compresses the wrists, and degrades concentration through mental fatigue, all without obvious warning signals in the moment. Resettle tackles this problem. Resettle is built around four convictions: 1. Break should be a refresh, not a distraction - The reminder interval adapts to your behavior. If you keep completing breaks, reminders come sooner; if you keep snoozing, the extension backs off and gives you more space. 2. The exercise matters as much as the pause - Each break is a short guided script (breathing, eye relief, or posture reset) with step-by-step instructions that change as the seconds progress. Stopping the clock isn't enough; the goal is physiological recovery. 3. Progress should be visible but not pressuring - A clarity streak and milestone badges give you a record of consistency without turning wellness into a high-stakes game. 4. Everyone works differently, so control over how it fits into your day - Set working hours, customize break durations, switch between theme preferences, and enable deep work mode when in of need uninterrupted focus.
