Many websites now use static resources on googleapis.com. In mainland China, since googleapis.com cannot be accessed publicly, this plug-in is used to dynamically replace the free CDN in mainland China to obtain static resources, so that some websites (such as Stackoverflow .com, etc.) faster and more complete. This plugin also supports the replacement of static resources of "code.jquery.com".
