Reno Cost — Renovation Estimates on Home Listings Chrome extension security report

Wondering what it would cost to fix up a house you're viewing? Reno Cost adds a small card to home listings showing estimated renovation costs for this home — new flooring, a kitchen remodel, and a bathroom remodel — adjusted for the home's state so the numbers reflect local labor and material prices, not a flat national average. The card appears automatically on single-family homes, condos, and townhouses. Each row links to the full calculator on costto.build, where you can adjust size, quality tier, and finishes for a detailed breakdown. Works on: Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin listing detail pages. Features 1. Estimated renovation costs right on the listing — no clicks, no copy-paste. 2. State-accurate: costs are scaled by a 50-state cost index (BLS OEWS-derived labor + material factors), auto-detected from each listing's location. 3. Whole-house flooring scales to the home's actual square footage; kitchen and bathroom show a typical mid-range project. 4. Each estimate deep-links to the full costto.build calculator to refine size/quality. 5. Skips multi-family buildings, land, and commercial listings (where a single-unit remodel estimate wouldn't make sense). https://costto.build/
