Remove Youtube Recommendations

Youtube recommendations are bad.

Hides all recommended videos in the youtube sidebar that say "Recommended for you". This doesn't get rid of all weird recommendations but it gets rid of the ones that are particularly bad. This makes youtube work the way it used to work years ago, with actually relevant videos in the sidebar. This supports both the new (polymer) and classic designs. shout out to the valiant but insufficient hbomb's youtube censorship addon which will remove the very worst of youtube from places other than the sidebar 1.3 (May 31 2021): Fix high CPU usage during chat-heavy live streams. This extension is now useless as youtube no longer has these recommendations. This update is for anyone who still has it installed, as this extension may now interact badly with current-day youtube and removing it from the webstore does not remove it from their browsers. 1.2 (February 2 2018): Fixes for a couple issues. In the new design, it no longer hides the 'up next' video, even if it is recommended. In the classic design, handle videos loaded after clicking on the load more button properly. 1.1 (September 15, 2017): Now that the polymer'd version is out to everyone I discovered it wasn't working when inside a playlist. That is now fixed.
